Sodium salt of polynaphthalene sulphonic acid is one of dispersant. Other name is NNO dispersant. It is beige yellow powder. It is mainly used as dispersant in disperse dyes, vat dyes, reactive dyes, acid dyes and leather dyes. Dispersants, electroplating additives, water-soluble coatings, pigment dispersants, water treatment agents, carbon black dispersants, etc. Dispersant NNO is mainly used in vat dye suspension pad dyeing, leuco acid dyeing, dispersing and soluble vat dyeing, etc. It can also be used for dyeing silk/wool interwoven fabrics to make the silk uncolored. The dispersant NNO is mainly used in the dye industry as a diffusion aid for dispersion and lake production, as a stabilizer for rubber emulsions, and as a tanning aid for leather.

Conditions of Use:

(1) Sodium salt of polynaphthalene sulphonic acid is used as dispersant, dispersant and filler for vat dyes, and the dispersant N can be added to the grinder and sand mill together with the dyestuff when processing the fineness of disperse dyes or vat dyes. The amount of diffusing agent N is 0.5-3 times that of vat dyes or 1.5-2 times that of disperse dyes, and some can be added as fillers when the dyes are commercialized;

(2) Sodium salt of polynaphthalene sulphonic acid is used as a vat dye for dyeing: county float pad dyeing method: in the pad dyeing bath, the diffusing agent N3-5 g/L is generally added, and the diffusing agent N15-20 g/L is generally added in the reducing bath; Leuco acid method: Yixiu diffuser N dosage is 2-3 g/L

(3) Sodium salt of polynaphthalene sulphonic acid is used as disperse dye dyeing: generally, 0.5-1.5 g/L, diffusing agent N can be added to the dye bath during high temperature and high pressure dyeing of polyester;

(4)Sodium salt of polynaphthalene sulphonic acid is used for ice dyeing dyeing: for To improve the leveling and rubbing fastness, the dosage of the diffusing agent in the chrome phenol base bath is generally 2-5 g/L, and the dosage of the diffusing agent N in the color developing bath is generally 0.5-2 g/L.
