Characteristics

1. Polycarboxylate Ether Monomer EPEG formed by the copolymerization of polycarboxylate ether and acrylic acid has good slump storage performance and good adaptability. 2. The C4 and C5 macromonomers usually react at 30℃-40℃, and the reaction temperature is very low. The reaction can be completed without heating at room temperature higher than 5℃.

The monomer EPEG reaction can be carried out by one-pot method, that is, the prepared droplets are added to the reaction system at one time, and the reaction can be completed by stirring for 30-40 minutes. The synthetic superplasticizer also has excellent performance, which can greatly simplify the production process of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer.
