Polycarboxylate Ether Monomer(TPEG2400)

Description

TPEG  is  a  kind of  main  raw  material  (polycarboxylate  ether  monomer) for producing  high  performance water  reducing type  and  slump  retention type polycarboxylate superplasticizer  (PCE),  it  is  produced with  isopentenol and ethylene epoxide as main raw materials.

Chemical formula

CH2=C(CH3)CH2CH2O(CH2CH2O)nH, n=10~60.

TPEG2400 is a polyoxyethylene isopentenyl ether with molecular weight 2400.

Characteristics:

1.Polycarboxylate   superplasticizer   made   from   TPEG   2400   has   good adaptability to cement.

2.The  production  process  for  Polycarboxylate  superplasticizer  made  from TPEG2400 is relatively simple.

3. The water reducing ratio of PCE (solid content 20-22%) made from TPEG2400 is up to 30% under 1. 1% dosage..

4. The early strength and 28 days’ strength of polycarboxylate superplasticizer made  from  TPEG  2400  have  been  increased  dramatically,  compression strength ratio %: 1 Day ≧ 180: 7 Days≧170; 28 Days ≧ 150.

5. PCE made from TPEG2400 has high durability, which can efficiently reduce the water/cement ratio, enhance durability, reduce shrinkage and creep.

6.   Polycarboxylate   superplasticizer   made   from   TPEG   2400   has   such advantages as less slump loss, good concrete fluidity maintenance, obvious sustained release effect, slump retention ratio is ≧200.

7. Polycarboxylate superplasticizer made from TPEG 2400     is environment friendly,   no   chloride   ion   detected,  which   comply  with   the   ISO   14000 international environment management standard.

Storage and Transportation
